He received his B.S. in Animal Science from Penn State in 1975 and his VMD from The University of Pennsylvania in 1981. A family man, he has five children and four grandchildren so far.
Dr. Weitzner enjoys spending time with his children and grandchildren. He loves outdoor activities, including camping, skiing, white water rafting, snorkeling, occasional scuba diving, and jogging.
Always eager to learn more, he attends continuing education whenever possible, even on his one day off a week.

Dr. Marc E. Rosenberg, DVM
Veterinarian
Dr. Rosenberg is a graduate of Gregorio Araneta University Foundation, where he participated in an accelerated 6-year educational program and has been practicing veterinary medicine since 1987. He takes every opportunity to attend continuing education classes and has a strong interest in small animal medicine, specifically endocrinology.
Since August 2013, Dr. Rosenberg has been spending his day off at The Animal Orphanage of Voorhees as their staff Veterinarian. He has found positions both rewarding and soul-enriching.
Dr. Rosenberg is very active in his synagogue and enjoys reading legal novels and medical mysteries, in addition to being an avid poker player. He and his wife, Debbie, have two lovely daughters who enjoy coming to the office with him during school breaks to help with projects around the hospital. They share their home with their dog “Bella” and two cats “Oreo” and “Rosie.”
Kristy
CVT
Kristy has an Associate Degree in Science and is a graduate of the Harcum College Veterinary Technology program. She joined County Line in May 2006 and is a Certified Veterinary Technician. Kristy is our Head Technician and does everything from assisting our doctors with exams to dental cleanings all the way to assisting in surgery. When Kristy isn’t working, she enjoys spending time with her husband and children. They love spending time outside hiking and going to the beach. Kristy likes to stay active and, when the weather is nice, enjoys walking, jogging, and bike riding.
Connie
CVT
The privilege of being a Veterinary Nurse is more than fulfilling. I try to stay away from words like “senior” technician, but ask anyone of County Line’s wonderful team, and they will say, ” She’s been doing this a long time.” At least, that’s what I keep telling them. I’ve had the pleasure of working not only with the furry friends but the feathery, scaly, and rubbery ones too. I find amazement in all of God’s creatures and feel blessed to have the opportunity to care for and work with such a variety (including the staff). The benefits of appreciating animals extend into my artwork. I am fortunate to paint and translate some of these precious pets on canvas. This is one of my many other passions. I believe the health of pets is the foundation of a great team of people who love animals. A team who cares, enjoys their work, and knows how to laugh (another one of my passions). Such a team at County Line Veterinary Hospital makes this life’s work so much more enjoyable.
Alexis
Veterinary Technician
Growing up, Alexis was surrounded by many cats and dogs. And her love and care for them later turned into a career in the Veterinary field! Some of her favorite things are spending time with her 5 Samoyeds and cat and going out for some brunch! She is looking forward to expanding her career here at County Line!
Becca
Veterinary Technician
Becca attended Mars Hill University in North Carolina, graduating in 2000 with a B.S. in Biology and a concentration in Zoological studies. Becca has been working in veterinary medicine since high school and joined our team in 2013. Her experience in multiple areas of patient care includes emergency triage, assisting in surgeries, dental procedures, and diagnostics. When not working, Becca enjoys life in the Pine Barrens with her husband and kids, dog(Cedar), cat(Pepper), and eight chickens. She can often be found camping, hiking, biking, and boating.
Brittney
Veterinary Technician
I went to Vista College in Texas, where I obtained an Associate Degree in science from a veterinary technology program. I’ve been a veterinary technician since 2015 and started working at County Line in August 2020. I’ve always known I wanted to work with animals. When not working, you can find me hanging out with Harley (my Alaskan malamute mix), spending time with family and friends, or watching movies.
Rebecca
Kennel Technician
Rebecca joined the hospital in September 2019. She’s a Kennel Technician and wants to become a veterinary technician one day. She has worked with animals for 6 years, working at doggy daycares and boarding facilities. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her dogs at home, watching her nephew, and being with friends.
Louise
Veterinary Receptionist
Louise joined County Line Veterinary Hospital in Sept 2016. She was born and raised in Bermuda, moved to England then Turkey before settling down in the USA. She has one daughter, Bianca, who lives and works in Philadelphia, and one ridiculously cute grandpup named Cannoli. Her passion is Animal Rescue, and she spends her free time volunteering for Woof Love Rescue and Animal Aid. She also enjoys wildlife, travel, hiking, cooking, and wine tasting.
Stacie
Veterinary Receptionist
Stacie has been in the Veterinary field since 2012, rotating between Receptionist, Kennel Nurse, and Doctors Assistant taking breaks here and there to pursue a career as a Legal Secretary until COVID hit. She energetically joined our team in December 2020 as our third receptionist and instantly clicked with our amazing staff. She has always loved animals and being around them. Outside of work, she enjoys family time with her husband Andrew and their two children, Jackson and Charlotte – beach trips and playing outside are always the top picks. Their furry family includes two cats, Macie (pictured) and William, who is camera shy; they are huge fans of being snuggled and scratched with a back scratcher. Never a dull moment in their household!
Tamara
Veterinary Receptionist
Tamara joined County Line in October 2013 in their Delran office and stayed with us when the offices merged in 2020. She came to us with a bachelor’s degree in Psychology and 10 years of experience in the animal field. She has had an animal in her life since she was 9 months old, so it’s easy to see that her passion and love for animals have expanded into her working in the veterinary field. She enjoys spending time with her 3 dogs, 3 kitties, her boys, and her husband when she’s not at the office. You can also find her going camping, walking in the woods, or curled up with a book and her fur babies when she’s not at the office.
